Human-in-the-loop

Automated suggestions and routing do not replace accountable human decisions on legally impactful, security-sensitive, or customer-facing outcomes. Approval layers are designed into workflows where risk warrants review.

Governance review

Before scale, implementations are reviewed for data minimisation, access boundaries, retention, and alignment with your operational policies. Enterprise engagements may include structured governance checkpoints.

Audit logging

Workflow steps, overrides, and system actions are logged to support operational audit and incident review. Logging scope is agreed per environment — not a one-size marketing claim.

Policy boundaries

Models and agents operate within defined policy limits: permitted data sources, prohibited actions, and escalation paths. Unbounded autonomous behaviour is not a default deployment pattern.

EU AI Act awareness

BridgeBrains monitors regulatory developments including the EU AI Act. Risk classification and documentation obligations for client systems are addressed in engagement-specific agreements — not asserted generically on this page.
