Data we process
We may process contact details, organisation information, operational context you provide in forms or the Scope assistant, communication content, and technical metadata required for security (e.g. bot protection). We do not sell intake data to third parties.
Purposes and legal bases
Processing supports intake qualification, contract preparation, service delivery, and legitimate interest in securing our systems. Where consent is required (e.g. non-essential cookies), we request it explicitly.
Retention
Retention periods depend on the relationship and legal obligations. Intake data is kept only as long as needed for qualification, delivery, or compliance — then deleted or anonymised unless a longer period is agreed.
