Intake and communications
Information you submit must be accurate to the best of your knowledge. We may decline engagements that are outside scope, pose unacceptable risk, or lack operational fit.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and materials remain BridgeBrains property unless otherwise agreed. Deliverables under client agreements are governed by those agreements.
Liability
The website is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. Limitations and exclusions for commercial engagements are set out in applicable contracts.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
